5 /5 Ruvic Ann D. Ng: Macy’s Concord inside Sunvalley Mall has a great variety of clothes, shoes, and home items. The store is usually clean and organized, and I appreciate how spacious it feels. Some areas can get busy, but most of the staff are friendly and try their best to help customers. It’s convenient to shop here with plenty of parking and nearby stores. I hope they keep improving on keeping all departments neat and easy to browse. Overall, still a good place to find deals and support your local Macy’s store!

He is very patient and gives us the best advice on perfumes that will suit us. He always has a smile on his face and is so happy to help and goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. 4 /5 l k: Actually went to the Pandora shop inside Macys and they are grrreat! The folks working in the kiosk are welcoming and enjoy helping you build your pieces. Macys is fine but the Pandora shop here is an excellent stop for gifting!
