Ceiba SF - Shop CA (Near San Francisco)

Molly Vibha helped me today to pick out coordinating pieces for a group of four to wear to a wedding. Vibha and her staff were so patient, friendly, and helpful - without being pushy. They never rushed me and they have a wonderful eye for color. They have a nice selection of lehengas, sarees, kurtas, jackets, hand loomed cotton pieces and elegant kids items. Many items are silk and the selection leans towards more formal items appropriate for weddings and special events. I didnt grow up wearing Indian clothing, although I have been wearing it to family functions for 20 years. I felt welcome and comfortable in the store. When I asked for guidance about the finer points of clothing customs and traditions, they responded helpfully and without judgement. Over the years, I have probably shopped at 15 stores across three countries for sarees and lehengas. Vibha is now my favorite store in the South Bay because of the high-quality curated selection and the personable customer service.

Yvette Ortega I love this place! Unfortunately I’ve come everyday this week and it’s been closed. It has a sign on the door that says closed for like a week and will open today and no come and it’s closed. Makes me sad

Nohely Padilla I absolutely love The Little Red Door. It is hands down my favorite second hand shop ever! I have brought my friends and family here because I love how amazing the people who run the shop are and how well they organize it. The quality of the 2nd hand products are always great, as well as lovely. It has helped me curate a closet with quality pieces that I never otherwise would have been able to purchase. All around recommend!

Maria Castro Such a great experience at Bonita’s Boutique! No one in the area had the style my daughter wanted for her 15 dress, but they custom made it exactly how she envisioned it. The dress arrived in just a few months, with plenty of time for alterations and still lots of time before her 15 party, which made everything so easy and stress-free. They also have dresses for everyone else in the party. I got my dress there, along with the grandma of the 15 and cousins. Everyone was so sweet, patient, and really took their time helping us find the perfect dresses. Highly recommend!

T washington I have been ordering my daughters formal gowns on Amazon since her first formal in 5th grade. I didnt have time to visit dress shops and didnt know where any were. When we moved here from Atlanta I continued doing the same thing until the white, pink, and fuschia floral gown my daughter had ordered arrived as a white, pink, red, and green floral gown one week before her Sweet 16. All of my decor was white, pink, and fuschia and she absolutely hated the pattern. So, the next day I got on the Internet and found La Belle. I saw on her website that she had reasonable prices and beautiful gowns so I was hopeful. Even though she wasnt open that day, she scheduled an appointment for us and let us know it would be no problem getting a gown in time. We found a gown that would only require minor changes to the decor, it fit my budget and arrived the day before the party. It was also more detailed than the ones I was getting from Amazon - for example the off the shoulder pieces had covered elastic bands to help keep them in place. I wont be ordering from Amazon anymore. She has styles for every budget and of the 4 shops I tried in San Bernardino she was the only one with A/C, lol.
