La Belle Gowns - Shop CA (Near San Bernardino)

5 /5 T washington: I have been ordering my daughters formal gowns on Amazon since her first formal in 5th grade. I didnt have time to visit dress shops and didnt know where any were. When we moved here from Atlanta I continued doing the same thing until the white, pink, and fuschia floral gown my daughter had ordered arrived as a white, pink, red, and green floral gown one week before her Sweet 16. All of my decor was white, pink, and fuschia and she absolutely hated the pattern. So, the next day I got on the Internet and found La Belle. I saw on her website that she had reasonable prices and beautiful gowns so I was hopeful. Even though she wasnt open that day, she scheduled an appointment for us and let us know it would be no problem getting a gown in time. We found a gown that would only require minor changes to the decor, it fit my budget and arrived the day before the party. It was also more detailed than the ones I was getting from Amazon - for example the off the shoulder pieces had covered elastic bands to help keep them in place. I wont be ordering from Amazon anymore. She has styles for every budget and of the 4 shops I tried in San Bernardino she was the only one with A/C, lol.

5 /5 M D: Where do I even begin. My daughter was looking for a very specific dress for her sweet. All stores in our area either did not have it or would not get it in time. I had been following La Belle Gowns for quite some time on social media but unfortunately since I live in NY it would have been nearly impossible to get out there for an appointment. So I decided to reach out via FB messenger and spoke with Michelle. She actually had the very dress my daughter wanted and for a very very reasonable price. I ordered it right then there over messenger. Michelle could not have been anymore helpful. She was professional, nice and her customer service was top notch. Even after the wrong dress was shipped all I had to do was message her and that very same day the correct dress was on its way. The experience could not have been more seamless and stress free. My only regret is that I may never meet Michelle in person because we live so far away!! Highly recommend this boutique.
