Gage Chisholm Great product. Amazing customer service, I usually wouldn’t write a review but, the reviews here about cs are pretty rough and this place definitely does not deserve that. Didn’t have the shoes I wanted but that didn’t stop an employee to run around 10 minutes after his shift was over to help me find a pair I’d like, I think I heard another employee call him Caleb. Great employee, really sent my initial view in a better direction. Another is a guy by the name of Esteban, super friendly and giving out really positive vibes. Great employees, I hope this comment will be read by management, good store, good first impression, I am likely a regular now.

Ls mondy This review is for Biri. She was amazing and went above and beyond to help me, from the dressing room with needing help to zip up a dress, to an exchange/return of items I purchased online. She was extremely patient and hospitable and I really appreciated her personable service.

F S I’ve been shopping at the location in Walnut Creek and they have horrible service. I decided to go to the location at Sunvalley mall the other day and the store manager was very helpful. 5 stars for the store manager!! She has really good customer service and knows what she’s doing. Thank you for a great experience at your location. Will definitely be back to get my kids more clothes.

Knakyta Joseph The lady who rang me up, I pray for you some days off working hard as you was. I appreciate the pride you took in the service you gave me. I was able to get so many outfits for my child and save so much. He loved all his new clothes. Only disappointment I had was trying to find thing in my size. I only saw jrs, and plus sizes for women. They sell many things small section of house thing ya may need to shoes, clothes and some scrubs I seen. For all good deals to me.
