Peter Xaymountry I got my fiancée here Minnie Mouse backpack here that was a online exclusive order. This is a nice Hot Topic Store at the Oaks Mall, we stopped by here on Christmas Eve to pick it up. Its a medium size store so if they dont have the item youre looking for, just order online and do store pickup. When I went in, I walked straight to the cashier area to tell them Im picking up my order. The girl helping me was very friendly and provided great customer service. She opened the box in front of me to make sure I got the right product and so give me a bag so I wouldnt have to carry it in the box it came in.

Amie English I recently visited. This store. Let me tell you customer service was great . I was able to find everything I needed. Thanks to the assistant manager. Every one else was to busy amongst themselves to even help to answer a question. Nevertheless very helpful.
