Guillermo In the super busy days leading up to Christmas 12/22/25, I popped in for a gift for my dad. I was looking to buy a Stetson in a very popular size, after waiting a bit to get help Lily got around to me and her customer service was amazing, didn’t find the initial hat I was looking for recommended a similar style hat, ultimately because of brand loyalty found 2 other options of Stetsons and even looked for availability at other stores for me. She was fantastic

Coach Nico Emily did a great job being assiting with me and making sure I got the best products, quality service, and made sure I brought the right hats for my needs. She also did a great job with the custom embroidery. She exemplifies everything that defines great customer service. Ill come back to Lids in Tulare just to see her again. Yall must go..The customer service is amazing and they are there to help you find whatever you need .You should try on clothes you wouldnt normally pick out for yourself because you would be amazed on how good they look on you ..omg everything looks so cute on ...This is my favorite clothing store hands down ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️The manager there is super awesome
