I had tags on the merchandise and my receipt, so this made it easy.I received a store credit on this day.The young ladies were nice & approachable. The store was clean and organized. Overall, it was a good visit.

sahar zahra OMG! This place is so amazing. This store in Fresno has so many amazing outfits that i didnt see in other H&Ms stores that are around me. The clothes were so elegant and the prices were not that high. I got my white coat from there and just looking at it i knew its gonna be around $200, but i was surprised that i only had to pay $69!
