1 /5 Jesse&Taylor Fox: Have been shopping here for years with my husband and have always had a good experience. But today, there was a price discrepancy and we just wanted to understand where the difference happened. We were treated like complete trash by the woman there I believe is Tricia? Not sure on her name but she had a terrible attitude the moment we stepped into the store, greeted other customers with a smile but when it came to us we were clearly a burden. I couldn’t believe this experience from someone who also works in customer service I would NEVER speak to a customer the way she did and straight up argue over something we just wanted clarity on. As soon as we got an answer to our question we understood and paid, like hello??? We just wanted to understand. She even Threatened to close the store because we questioned something and got flustered because I called her out on her shitty customer service skills. To the woman : It’s your job, you choose to work there so don’t be mad when you actually have to lift a finger in a job with very little physical activity. God forbid someone questions something because we were verbally told something different than what was presented. You should not be working in customer service if you can lose your cool and become easily frustrated in minor situations. It’s very apparent you hate your job so maybe that’s a personal problem you shouldn’t take out on customers. You are rude, and have a terrible attitude. Doesn’t matter if the customer is wrong you try to help and bring clarity into a situation but you couldn’t do that, you chose to argue and be rude with a monotone tone and disgusting look in your face. We all have bad days but you need to separate that from your job. You’re a grown woman. Do better.

5 /5 Nancy Hayssen: Shopping for large sizes is not usually a fun experience. This place has super nice people and unique sizes for large men thats hard to find elsewhere.

1 /5 Michael Meza: I rarely write a negative review but I have to share with the handsome and plump community that I have been shopping at casual male for more than 12 years. The quality from then till now has gone in the toilet, the pants are made half as thick as they used to be the buttons break off of them and their shirts the same day you wear them the button stretches the whole bigger than the button so I have to sew them shut. They are obviously building their product cheaper and cheaper to make more money but their prices keep going up. Making their products as thin and cheap as possible. For the amount of money I am paying they are a great disappointment.

5 /5 Oren Noah: Friendly staff showed me to exactly what I wanted and explained the sales promotion to get me a good deal. Quality merchandise that fits for a good price. In and out quickly and efficiently. Whats not to love?

5 /5 Geoffrey Pratt: 5 stars for selection, especially for shoes. I wear a size 15 wide and it is impossible to find shoes. The clothing prices were a bit on the high side. I went down the street and got 2 pairs of shorts, 4 shirts and undies for less than a pair of shorts at this store, but Im poor so.... But the staff was really nice. The lady that runs the place was really helpful. So was the big guy working the counter. Like I said, Ill definitely be back for some shoes and maybe even a suit. Nice Hawaiian shirt selection too.
