B-Ryan S There is so much look at. There is a little of everything for everyone vintage clothes is the star of the show but there are plenty of collectibles, video games, Pokemon and magic cards! The vibe completely immerses you and its easy to get lost (the shop isnt huge but there is just soo much to look at) I found myself going back and forth from end to end several times. Great shop definitely worth a visit!

missy cheng This is one of my favorite stores in Glendale Galleria Mall located along Central Avenue. The qualityy of clothes are always premium and well made, good quaity.They have variety of sizes, designs. Their prices are reasonable.They do have clearance rack which is not bad At the back of store they have discounted items as well. Self check outs are available makes it convenient especially. when there is a long. Staff are helpful .The store is well organized and clean. Staff are all over the place available to answer any questions.

Grace Kim A hidden gem (quite literally) of the Montrose shopping area! I found so many beautiful pieces here today for what I would normally pay double or triple the price for elsewhere, it’s quite the steal and such a beautiful shop to explore leisurely in. 99% sure you’ll find something for yourself here too— Covid-related: everyone wears masks & it seems like the place is regularly sanitized; felt safe with the employees enforcing mask wearing to a customer who was about to walk in without one

Lili Moodra I went here recently with two of my friends. After being in the store for maybe 5 minutes, a male employee came over to us, took our clothes, and literally yelled at us for being disrespectful. We have been walking around the store, picking up a couple things, not being loud or rude at all. He then called someone and in front of us was talking about us as if to “report” us. We were so confused and ended up just leaving, which was disappointing because we were all planning to buy things. I’m not surprised all the other reviews are saying the same thing

Alejandra Mejia I live around the area, and I saw the store recently opened. As someone who loves to shop at Fashion stores I had a great experience. The staff and girls working there were very welcoming and helpful. There is a great selection of clothing, and shoes to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves cute and trendy clothing.

Nancy Ruiz Today 7/13/2023. I went it to return some of the items that I have previously purchased. One of the item I purchased had a tag on it and the second item didnt have one, at the time of the purchase. They only reimbursed me back one item because the second one didnt have a tag. I told the manager, when I orginally made the purchase, her associate was entering the items into the system and was well aware it didnt have a tag, I overheard a petite lady, telling another associate female associate she was going to "mark it", at that time I didnt quite understand what they were referring to "mark it". The manager then explained to me. Their associates were suppose to mark the receipt, if an item didnt have a tag and unfortunately they didnt mark mine. Then she apologized while stating she will speak with her associate about it. I didnt make a big deal , nor cause any scene and accepted it and I left....... I will say the manager was professional. I do like Windsor and I always had a positive experience. Also they do help in selecting items for you.But make sure the items they ring up have tags, especially if your unsure your going to keep the purchase.
