She was incredibly patient, didn’t complain at all, and kept such a positive attitude the entire time. She had a genuine smile and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Customer service like that is rare, and she made my shopping experience so much better. Thank you, Lizbeth!

1 /5 Y Gonzalez: If you’re not from this area like me… don’t go there!!!! I made the mistake of coming to this store! The weekend staff were rude, disgusting and disrespectful people! I was the only customer with 3 staff at the store. They would not let me enjoy my shopping and I asked them to allow me look at clothes, and they got upset I unfolded the pants I was looking at. They then started arguing with me when I asked them to leave me alone! Two of them started screaming and yelling at me. The other one was very polite and she stayed quiet. I should’ve called the cops and pressed charges for assault but I was busy. So I left the store!

1 /5 Gabby Fuentes: The store Manager ADRIANA , was very rude about an order that was accidentally shipped to their store, but yet RECEIVED AND SIGNED OFF ON. Said I couldn’t pick it up because it wasn’t allowed, I called customer service and even they were questioning why I couldn’t just pick up my package there. she kept BLAMING ME saying I did it on purpose! If you don’t allow CUSTOMER packages to be DELIVERED AT YOUR STORE , maybe do your job better and actually look at what your signing off on! That just proves that you don’t even bother looking at the shipping label! F this store and all their rude employees! The reason why I prefer ONLINE SHOPPING! No customer service whatsoever
