5 /5 Katlyn Cleaver: I unfortunately wasnt able to find any pants that completely fit my needs for work, but that didnt stop Jennifer from being the kindest most attentive employee ive met here. Even when i was trying on pants in the dressing room, she was already trying to help me find other ones that might fit my needs. It was awesome to have someone so helpful, thank you Jennifer!

4 /5 P. C.: 4 stars only because we found prices to be a little high. There clothing is so trendy and they have adorable style shoes too!! If your in Woodland area and looking for something NOT the same as all of town, with a little more western yet city, I suggest here. Love the way they style the mannequins as well, get some great ideas from them!! Very clean, organized and large selection including plus size ✨️ Customer service was attentive and kind.

5 /5 Jessica Martinez: One of the only brick and mortar Maurices in the Sacramento area with the only other one in Roseville. I had ordered 2 pair of jeans online, skinny and flare leg, in a size that was too large (yay diet!), so went to this location in hopes of exchanging for the right size. The store had only a few people in it when I entered and I was greeted by Rebecca, the store manager. She was so helpful and friendly to me and was very quick in actually helping me. when I said I would like to exchange for a different size, she initially didnt think that they had any of the skinnys in stock IN my size, but she took the extra effort to look on the shelves and there was one left that was put in the wrong location (skinny in the straight leg section) so I was able to exchange both styles for my correct size. Rebecca was just so helpful and accommodating to me she has made me want to shop in her store now instead of ordering online. Great customer service and hassle free returns/exchanges. I really love this store!

3 /5 Alanna Winkelman: I usually love Maurices! But I stopped here on my way through Woodland one day, and I didn’t have a great experience. Maurices employees are usually very good with customer service, but aside from their getting a dressing room started for me, they didn’t help much or even offer to help. Most stores the employees will be offering to get new sizes for you or ask if you’d like help finding anything. I didn’t get any of that here, and once I was ready to pay, there was suddenly only one worker on the floor, and she was busy with something else and took a while to get to the registers to help me and another lady finish our purchases. Basically, I love Maurices in general, but something was off about this particular store or day for that store.
