1 /5 Brittanyana Pierro: It has nice inventory but the staff profiles Black shoppers. After working in retail it’s easy to spot. It’s funny cause I just wanted to shop but immediately was followed, that’s the reality of discrimination everyday. Would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

1 /5 Arely Ledesma: The worst customer service. If I could give it 0 stars I would, associates were rude, stuck up, and arrogant. Since when can’t we use other phone numbers to look up rewards? Why does it matter? But most importantly why did you take is so personal? HAHAHA. Are you the owner of the store? LMAO. As someone who works retail at Citadel Outlets I was amazed by the associates’ level of stupidity, never going back.

4 /5 J HAM: Employees were kind of blah but they had a lot of clearance deals going on. I was able to find three nice pullover v-necks for $5 each mark down from 65. They dont have much selection though and the regular items are kind of overpriced for the low quality material they use.
