Forever Carmel - Shop CA (Near Carmel-By-The-Sea)

Wendy Wendy I got to meet several wonderful sales associates today, they were very knowledgeable. This boutique is nicely organized and decorated, they have many beautiful luxury items: bags, jewelry, shoes, clothing, etc… everything is in excellent condition, some are even unused. I finally got my dream bag C18. I love the size, the condition, and the price. It’s perfect. Looking forward to shop more items in the near future.

Carol Platt My two young men have been shopping here since the store opened. For the first time, a shoe failed at the laces so that it couldnt be tied normally. I brought the shoes in, and the manager, Jacob, was excellent. He explained that he had never seen that particular failure and would replace the shoes. They were on sale, so I just had to pay the difference. They came literally in 36 hours. I will always shop here, and I thank Jacob in particular for his professionalism and kindness. I was very satisfied. I know I will not see this again; the defect was a fluke. Thank you, Vans and Jacob *****

Outa Hazee Came in on Black Friday… was expecting chaos but for how busy this store was, i was surprised about how well organized the service was and how clean the store looked! Line went very fast because the store had devices that could process our transaction on a mobile register…. The line was about 20 people deep but we got thru the line and out of the store in less than 10 mins. There was an employee checking in on everyone in the line and making us feel seen. Great experience! Don’t normally write reviews but this store deserves it!
