The store is modern, trendy, and well-organized, with a great selection of shoes, clothing, hats, etc for all ages. This shoe store is a great addition to the community, offering a fun and supportive shopping experience. What struck me most was the passion and knowledge of the young owners - they were so enthusiastic and helpful, offering great advice and recommendations. Betty H Located in The District at Tustin Legacy near the Petsmart on Park Ave & Tustin Ranch Pkwy (plenty of parking available). This spot specializes in weekly brand clearance events and warehouse sales. Ive visited a couple of times for the BYLT brand sale, but they frequently feature names like Oakley, BEIS, and more at unbeatable prices. Because it is a warehouse sale environment, some items may have a dirty spot. I make sure to inspect everything before purchasing. They use Eventbrite to organize entry; you book a specific time slot, sort of like an appointment for shopping. Overall, I always have a good time and highly recommend checking out their event schedule for some serious savings!

The mall is generally clean and easy to navigate, and parking is usually stress-free, which is a big plus. The food court and nearby food options give you a good variety for a quick bite or a casual meal while shopping. Staff in most of the stores are friendly and helpful, making the experience feel welcoming. Chico Mall is also a nice place to walk around, window shop, or spend a low-key afternoon, especially if you’re meeting up with friends or family. While it doesn’t have a ton of high-end or trendy stores, it makes up for it by being comfortable, convenient, and accessible. Overall, Chico Mall is a dependable local mall that serves the community well. It’s not flashy, but it gets the job done and provides a pleasant, relaxed shopping experience.
