Cici Zhang Extremely disappointing shopping experience.
I entered the store with 40 minutes left before the mall closed. I spent about 10 minutes carefully selecting four items and was ready to try them on. The mall closes at 9 PM, and there was still plenty of time remaining. When I asked to use the fitting room, I was told it was already closed.
There were still 40 minutes left in business hours.
Closing the fitting rooms that early — without any posted notice or prior warning — makes no sense. It effectively prevents customers from completing a basic part of the shopping process during normal operating hours.
I even mentioned that I only needed five minutes, but the response was cold and dismissive, with no attempt to accommodate or offer any alternative.
If the store chooses to stop providing full service before closing time, that policy should be clearly communicated at the entrance. Allowing customers to spend time selecting items only to deny them the ability to try them on is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time.
I walked in intending to purchase. I walked out feeling completely turned away.
Very poor customer service.
