Guillermo In the super busy days leading up to Christmas 12/22/25, I popped in for a gift for my dad. I was looking to buy a Stetson in a very popular size, after waiting a bit to get help Lily got around to me and her customer service was amazing, didn’t find the initial hat I was looking for recommended a similar style hat, ultimately because of brand loyalty found 2 other options of Stetsons and even looked for availability at other stores for me. She was fantastic
