The name of assistant is Carla Tapia. I requested the proof to check my artwork on a product through email but she didnt reply me back. So I called her on a next day and she said I will get it by at the end of day. So I waited but she didnt send it to me. Its already been about a week to get the proof since I requested the job.
My client was waiting for the proof at the moment. Because my client didnt get the proof on time, they want to cancel the job. But I convinced them. On a next day, I called her that why she didnt send the proof yesterday. She didnt even say sorry. Just saying that she cant send it to me because there were lots of work. Now she is saying I have to wait about 1, 2 day or another week. While we were talking about the problem, she was very rude. She didnt care what she said. I felt I needed to shut up and just wait.
Their customer service is really sucks. I believe if there is a delay, they she has to notify me at least.
