5 /5 miriam Ramirez: I thought I was gonna have a bad experience with Hollister coustumer service since I been seeing lots of bad reviews but I must say I was surprised yes they did not send me my items I had 3 missing before Christmas which was unfortunate but I called let them know what happened nd they offer a 1 day shipping process to get here before Christmas but since am gonna be out of town I ask for my refund nd they gladly refund me back .of course is gonna take 3 to 5 business days so I will see hopefully they do in another thing I dont know why but the quality did change on the Jeans what so ever I told them about some Jeans i purchase three months ago nd they gladly send me a refund to buy a new pair yay!!! So I am gonna give them a 5 start review there coustumer service is slowly getting better

4 /5 Daniel Murphy: Good store. Sales were on so lots of clearance things etc. Only issue is they were out of large is almost everything. Staff were helpful but not overbearing. As far as Hollisters go this is a good one.
