Michelle Patnode I just had THE BEST experience at Gap Roseville at the Galleria Mall shopping for myself, which btw I haven’t wanted to do in a long time. Full 5 stars all the way!!! The attentive, personable, helpful and knowledgeable staff were right there and ready to direct me to the sale racks which had an extra 40% off. Woohoo!!! I used to shop at Gap when my girls were small and in kids clothes. Btw I loved that chapter in our book of life!! But my girls are grown now, so I guess I will look forward to someday (no rush lol) the next chapter when I can shop at Gap again for adorable outfits for my grand kids. Yayyyy!!!! Thank you ladies at Gap Roseville…you know who you are and you Rock!!! Please keep doing what you do best with great customer service…this breath of fresh air is noticed and MUCH appreciated in this day and age!!!

Mark Whittock I came in late on December 23rd to shop for my wife and was greeted with a wonderful smile by Lisa who I believe was the store manager. I asked her if she could assist me in finding some gifts. I will just say right now that she was TRULY wonderful and had the patience of Jobe!! I came to buy cologne, the staff were very patient and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back again and will recommend to family/friends.

Jn_nt I got an email that they were having a sale so I came to look. Came here looking for a hoodie but ended getting a set because they were on sale! So comfy and soft. They had all the colors I want too. Store was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and greeted you. I didnt feel rushed during checkout. It was a great experience.
