Hollister Co. - Shop CA (Near Irvine)

Ella W Im writing this review so that others know the women who work at the store in Carmel Mountain are amazing. I shopped there this morning and thought the store was busy for a Wednesday, and expected little help. I was shocked by the friendly service, and the ease in returning the items I bought online. Going by the Chicos online sizing chart, I bought sizes way too large. Judy, set me up in a fitting room, she was extremely attentive, and quite helpful in finding the right size and fit for me. I was astounded that she brought me a size and a half smaller in one style, and a one size down in another, and they fit perfectly. Im so happy. Thank you again Judy!

J Esparza Had a real good experience here. They were open late (11pm), and i was able to find what i needed quickly. Store was clean and organized. Well lit parking lot at night. There was actually a small satellite police office at this location. Easy to find and well stocked. Was actually a real nice target. I was told it never get crazy crowded. Definitely was not at 1030 pm.

Syed Talal Arshad It was 4:00 PM, my flight had just landed, and the "Big Dinner" was at 7:00. I opened my suitcase only to find a glaring void where my blazer should have been. I bolted to the nearest Men’s Wearhouse, smelling slightly of airport stress. An associate named Marcus saw my frantic pacing and didnt even ask questions—he just grabbed a measuring tape. Within ten minutes, he’d pulled a navy wool-blend off the rack that fit like a glove. While I filled out the paperwork, he gave it a professional steam to knock out the "new coat" creases. I walked out the door at 4:45, looking like I’d planned the outfit for weeks instead of buying it in a panic. Crisis averted, and honestly? It fit better than the one I left on my closet door.

Robert Kaplan Amazingly stocked store off Santa Rosa Ave. Tons of product from Cody James, Stetson, Hawk, etc. They also have jewelry and plenty of good ol cowboy goods, wallets, belts, boots, etc. Prices are accommodating as well.

Theresa Wilson Its a nice store with a variety of merchandise. There is usually a sale of some kind. I like the small size and sales help is much better than Macys where I live.
