1 /5 Kayla Evans: By far the worst Black Friday experience I’ve ever had. All of the employees grouped up in the back talking to each other. ALL the employees teenagers. Most of the people in the store are just employees not doing anything, standing around, not helping anyone, talking to each other, not greeting customers. Fitting room management absolutely awful, both lines not moving an inch after 30 minutes. I gave up and left. I mean I know it’s Black Friday but seriously, this is the worst store experience I’ve ever had. Cute stuff though.

5 /5 Mr. No Tengo Dinero: Spent good one hour getting things on! Many cute stuffs are there and the staffs are pretty supportive and kind! We had a good time getting new out fits here! Recommended!

1 /5 christiane caballes: I placed an online order May 8, got delivered May 20. My last day to return said June 19. Went in today (6/19) to return my item, since it’s the last day. The young Hispanic lady at the cash register told me I was past my days to return because i ordered it May 8. Weird…..because I never received it until 2 weeks later. She told me my only option was to call customer service because she wouldn’t help me. I work in retail and know that I would do anything to help a customer and offer different solutions. I also know that managers can override returns. I called customer service and they told me I was still able to return it in store. I went back in and told them that. The lady was still being difficult, accusing me that I didn’t actually call customer service. I even showed her my call log, how unprofessional. When another lady tried to help me, the rude girl tried butting in saying they shouldn’t accept the return. The lady called the manager to see if she could override the return. The other lady was rolling her eyes and trying every way to not let me return my unused item with the tags still on. To her surprise, the return processed without needing an override from a manager. What’s ironic is that the lady being rude and trying to block me from returning isn’t even a manager.

1 /5 K N: Unprofessional & Incompetent Store Managers. Always ask for a printed receipt when making a return at this store to ensure its a credit refund and not a charge. I went to make a return, and the associate requested my credit card to process it. She instructed me to tap my card for the refund and assured me that the refund receipt would be emailed to me. I trusted her, but when I got home and checked my email, I saw that instead of a refund, I had been charged for the returned item. I immediately contacted the store, and the manager, Sophia, assisted me over the phone. She stated that she would look into the issue but preferred that I return to the store. I explained that I lived 30 minutes away and detailed what had happened, but she talked over me and insisted she would call me back by the end of the day or the following day. Sadly, she never did. Hollister needs to retrain its store managers (everyone claims to be a manager here) to handle issues professionally and treat customers respectfully rather than speaking over and rudely to them when they cannot resolve a simple issue.
