Lets start with the sales associate, three of them that we were able to find told us that they started yesterday, that wouldnt be bad if they had any intention to stay with us,and try to help us out, they could learn something and I could get what I need it, but no they decided to keep folding shirts.
Now, the checkout & manager WHAT A COMBO!!! Sunday 8/12/18 closing shift if anyone in the company is interested in following in up.
First the cashier, ring the items, they come up at full price, so we explained him that there is a sign in the rack that stays 20% off boys pants, he responds that its "selected styles", I get it that gets you off the hook for a poor display but when a rack is 3/4 full of the same items in different sizes and colors I have to understand that THATS THE ITEM DISCOUNTED. So he respond if we want a "discount" I say no I dont want a discount I want the offer that is up in the racking where all the pants are... At this point and with a very poor attitude from the cashier, we ask for the manager, the cashier calls the mamger like this "MOD YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER TO DEAL WITH" DEAL, you dont DEAL with customers you TAKE CARE of customers.
When the manager comes to the checkout she started talking to the cashier, WE HAD THE PROBLEM no the cashier, the manager didnt introduce herself, when I asked her that we wanted to talk to her not the cashier, she rolled her eyes. We left extremely frustrated, we felt that not even the manager wanted to take care of us at that point. We stopped talking and left the merchandizing on the counter.
We are not shopping in that store anymore..!!!
