Hollister Co. - (Near Visalia, CA)

2 /5 Joy Sanchez: We were at Hollister Store inside the Visalia Mall yesterday bought 3items. The products are very good but the customer service (specifically that certain cashier) is super poor. They need to be trained more on how to handle complaints or comments from clients/customers!

1 /5 serena coates: I do not normally post things like this, but here it is. Hollister Co. Visalia store has committed theft / fraud. I went in to purchase a $100 gift card as a christmas present. I was given a hand held device to run my debit card to complete the purchase. I did and it said approved. Then they had to wait until it transmitted to another device. Well guess what it froze. I was told by the "shift manager" picture below, that it would not go through and will release the "pending amount" from my bank the next business day. I told her I would not leave until I had something in writing because they could easily say this never happened. She would not give me the loaded gift card. Well Tuesday came around and nope. They took the money. I have contacted the store and customer service. The escalation team just said well since there is no receipt there is nothing we can do. I am glad i message my bank through an app while i was there in the store. They are trying to report it as fraud now. But really Hollister? I guess now do I call PD and report theft on the employee because I show in my bank I made a purchase but she refused to give me the gift card? I will never purchase from them again. I am still working with my bank and trying to get someone hire up to take care of this.

4 /5 Flo R: Love the clothes, service is great, they always casually approach you and ask if you need help! I’m only taking one star off because it’s difficult to get through to the men’s jeans side towards the back because the line gets in the way, so it makes me not want to look further.

3 /5 Nicole Elizabeth: Out of sizes on a lot of items. They did offer to order online for us but we were returning online orders, and needed shorts that day. 95% of their shirts were midriffs. Which completely eliminated any school shopping. Kinda lame.

4 /5 Dayse Avila: Normally it packed but today it was perfect to shop there. I love their jeans and sweatshirt sometimes their shirts but lately all I find are crop top and im not a fan but still a good place to buy jeans
