5 /5 Nicole Ansley: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for MAC Cosmetics (Makeup by Monica) I booked a last-minute makeup appointment at MAC, and from the moment I called, Monica made the experience wonderful. She answered the phone, helped me schedule, and greeted me with such a warm welcome when I arrived. Before I even had a chance to look around, she said, “Hi! Can I help you?” and immediately recognized me as her appointment. From there, she got right to work, friendly, professional, and full of positive energy. Even as other customers approached her for help, she handled everything gracefully, always with a smile, and came right back to finish my makeup without missing a beat. The whole process took about an hour, and she never rushed. She took her time, talked with me, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I left feeling confident and happy, definitely a happy camper. I would absolutely go back to her again and can’t wait for my next appointment.

The store is well-organized, and everything from clothes to accessories feels premium. The only downside is that the prices can be on the expensive side, but honestly, the quality and style make it worth it. You can tell you’re paying for well-made, fashionable items that last. Overall, I’m still giving Macy’s five stars for their excellent quality, selection, and customer experience. Definitely a great place to shop if you’re looking for stylish and reliable clothing!

The store is still pretty good with a lot of clothing, household items, shoes, small appliances, kitchen cookware, etc. This is one of the best Macy’s in the area. The department still looks up to date. The shopping experience is enjoyable.
