Hollister Co. - (Near Bakersfield, CA)

1 /5 B W: I came to this store a couple days ago and I purchased a shirt, but after the customer service I received I should have just left it. The store was not busy at all and I was the only person waiting in line. There were about 5 workers behind the counter, and it looked like they were folding clothes and talking. I walked up to the counter and a woman asked everyone behind the counter who was going to ring me up, and everyone stayed silent and ignored her or came up with some excuse. 5 people behind the counter and no one wanted to ring up the one customer. One reluctantly stepped up to ring me up, which made me feel like I was being a burden. He seemed very passive aggressive and when he asked me to donate and I said no thank you he said of course, which seemed really rude to me. I only bought one shirt and at a place where customer service and ringing up the customer is, arguably, the biggest part of the job, the workers sure did not seem to care.

5 /5 nick allo: Nice clothes for my kids. Prices are high for certain items. They had a reasonable amount of stock which was good.

2 /5 Arias SocialMedia: Had to return an item, previously this item I had purchased in a smaller size, so exchanged for a bigger size, then decided not to get after all...So I was helped by Ashley the store manager, whom told me she couldnt return my money only store credit...I asked her why..she stated after the 3rd return/exchange we can only provide the customer store credit( it has only been twice..she said the purchased too..hu?).I had no problem with store credit but I asked why cant I have my money back again? She stated she was told that only store credit can be provided and it should be stated in the website...So she walked to the back as I asked her can I see where it says that please...I reviewed and couldnt find anything...she said she was told this 5 years ago when she got hired... after much talk she said, she was able to refund me my money if it was a problem... wow! I agreed to get my money back . I didnt want to give her a hard time. ..but the information she was providing was inaccurate..Imagine what theyve told there other customers! . . .

4 /5 Jimena Garcia Jimenez: Cashier and employees were super nice and gave advice. Kind of cute too but thats s separate comment. Only thing i noticed was the lack of available sizes, most being xxs to s. Almost no mediums or larges.
