Tayler Sethasang I believe I had spoken to Gabby today about some issues I was having with an in store delivery. She went above and beyond with helping me, she did everything in her power to help me. She was polite and friendly, which was a huge thing for me. I know working customer service can be challenging at times but she really took her time explaining things and finding out more information for me as well. I had to get off of the phone slightly abruptly and when I called back an hour later another associate I believe her name is Issa (but I’m not completely sure) has answered the phone and was able to recognize my situation and actually knew about my problem as well. These two associates were amazing and I hope they get some type of recognition. It really meant a lot how patient they were, especially in a time like this.

Peter Xaymountry My wife wanted to check out the Express store when we were inside the Glendale Galleria. She wanted to look at some of their summer dresses so we walked inside. There a women store and then right next to it is the men store. The women store is pretty spacious and had a lot of clothing on display. My wife like some of their selections but decided not to buy anything.
