5 /5 Peter Xaymountry: I got my fiancée here Minnie Mouse backpack here that was a online exclusive order. This is a nice Hot Topic Store at the Oaks Mall, we stopped by here on Christmas Eve to pick it up. Its a medium size store so if they dont have the item youre looking for, just order online and do store pickup. When I went in, I walked straight to the cashier area to tell them Im picking up my order. The girl helping me was very friendly and provided great customer service. She opened the box in front of me to make sure I got the right product and so give me a bag so I wouldnt have to carry it in the box it came in.

5 /5 Michael Guynn: Elder Millennial here. Always have had a soft spot for Hot Topic, and probably always will. Over the years, some things have changed. But you can still count on band T-shirts, cheap studded jewelry, pop culture and anime swag, and a splash of horror memorabilia. This location is typical; doesnt stand out one way or another. Its large, open, clean, friendly staff, and well stocked.

5 /5 Paito.: I just want to say thank you for the way you guys set up your store it looks so organized and lots more space to move around and keep the 6 ft distance. Also you guys keep track and make sure of the number allowed of customers are inside Also my husband and I shop at your store all the time. This last visit I got items that I loved and I got discount because of the hot topic rewards. Thanks Hot Topic is one of my favorite stores.

5 /5 Lisa Murray: Had the best time shopping with my daughter and my mom got an awesome oogir boogie zip hoodie for 30% off and a shirt for my daughter and matching crystal necklace sets definitely will be going back to purchase other goodies and the staff was amazing and very helpful.

1 /5 Courtney Settle: Do not recommend this store at all . Alyssa the manager is holding back the chases for Funko collectors and the district manager is doing nothing about it . The district manager has had emails sent to him who he will not reply and are now him and the manager Alyssa are banning Funko collectors from their stores for these collectors noticing that theyre missing . Something must be done about the store .
