Hot Topic - (Near El Centro, CA)

Rachel Rede Just stopped in here a couple weeks ago and purchased a pair of pants. Be prepared to put a semi severe dent in your wallet. Definitely not a cheap clothing store. Even their sales prices are not that low. But, all in all, very nice, professional staff and very helpful as well.

My wife tried calling Lofts customer server number 3 days in a row to get assistance, but no luck since wait times were long, the call back feature doesnt seem to work since they never called back.

She helped us find the sizes we needed and even let us know the deals and promotions that were on the specific clothes we were trying on. She also checked on us as we were shopping throughout the store. Great customer service! She deserves a raise!!

JE ZY Rarely write reviews but the staff in this store are absolutely fantastic. I live in Oregon but was driving through Redding and decided to drop in to Torrid located inside the mall there to look for some new additions to my tired wardrobe. Im normally a grab and go type girl but I was advised that trying on was super important with the variance in their sizes in each style. So, I decided to fully commit to the experience and started picking out items that caught my eye - Many of them! The staff immediately started a dressing room for me and kept taking the clothes from me to add to the collection in that room. When I was trying things on they regularly checked on me, traded out for other sizes as needed, gave opinions when I asked on how things looked, made style suggestions when I couldnt decide what would complete an outfit and were just all around so helpful and friendly! They placed an order from the website on a couple items they didnt have in store to be shipped to my home and even carried all the bags out to my car; way above and beyond what I expected. Cant say enough great things and lots of items on sale. I do agree that trying on is important as my sizes ranged from torrid 2 to 4 depending on the style. While this store is a good 2.5 hours from my house, Id 100% make this a regular stop when traveling through the area! Highly recommend!

Cherie Moss Store was very busy since its the holidays! I ended up finding what I needed online, but the store had a great selection of clothing both of my daughters (teen and YA) would love.
