Michelle Patnode I just had THE BEST experience at Gap Roseville at the Galleria Mall shopping for myself, which btw I haven’t wanted to do in a long time. Full 5 stars all the way!!! The attentive, personable, helpful and knowledgeable staff were right there and ready to direct me to the sale racks which had an extra 40% off. Woohoo!!! I used to shop at Gap when my girls were small and in kids clothes. Btw I loved that chapter in our book of life!! But my girls are grown now, so I guess I will look forward to someday (no rush lol) the next chapter when I can shop at Gap again for adorable outfits for my grand kids. Yayyyy!!!! Thank you ladies at Gap Roseville…you know who you are and you Rock!!! Please keep doing what you do best with great customer service…this breath of fresh air is noticed and MUCH appreciated in this day and age!!!

Elizabeth Contreras Just stopping by to tell you to look for Zryenah. She was amazing. When we got to the store she greeted us and asked if we needed help with anything. We were looking for some pink birkenstocks. She asked,but they didnt have the size we were looking for. She looked in the computer to see if any other store had them available. They didnt, but she called them anyway just to make sure. She really wanted to help. She was able to order them online for us. Zryenah was wonderful and made sure we got what we wanted. Lawrence Duran I bought Nike shorts online that weren’t the correct size. When I came into the store, Josh, exchanged the shorts for the correct size. He made my experience chill without a hassle.
