4 /5 Jenny Fall: The employees were pleasant and helpful, but I left empty handed. Anything I liked wasnt available in a size Small, the size I needed. Overall, I thought the store could use more inventory. They had some cute purses, but I was looking for clothing.

5 /5 Charli Chin: Monterey Hot Topic is the best one I have ever shopped at. The store is always clean and easy to shop. Everything is where it should be and makes sense to the shopper. My youngest is a hardcore HT customer and only likes going into this location. From the first time I walked into this location customer service is more than amazing its personal. They all take the time to look at my account and see my past purchases to make sure Im not getting the same items or when I cant figure out what to get they suggest similar items. I have held the position in retail from a new associate all the way to DM and I would hire each person in there because of their outstanding customer service and dedication. In the 2 yrs that my kid and I have been shopping here I have never had a bad experience.

5 /5 Sabrina Fischer: Anytime we are near a Hot Topic we have to stop and check it out. Most of my daughter’s wardrobe is from there. When we walked in they instantly checked to see if we had any rewards to redeem and we did. They didn’t have the size my daughter wanted in a certain shirt so the worker took it off the wall and had her buy that one. This Hot Topic is very spacious and organized. It was a great experience!

5 /5 Landrie Gainey: Great atmosphere and even better prices! Walked in just to look around while we waited for food and left with a full bag of items! Overall had a savings of over $30, even their online prices match in store. As an added bonus we got an extra $15 off our next shopping trip!
