Tillys Inc - Shop CA (Near Irvine)

J Esparza Had a real good experience here. They were open late (11pm), and i was able to find what i needed quickly. Store was clean and organized. Well lit parking lot at night. There was actually a small satellite police office at this location. Easy to find and well stocked. Was actually a real nice target. I was told it never get crazy crowded. Definitely was not at 1030 pm.

Emily my package was delayed for 4 days and i called the store multiple times and there wasn’t any solutions just was told to call customer service and deal with it myself. i was super frustrated. the last time I called i got in contact with Diana and she personally called customer service for me to figure out the problem and got a new order shipped out all within a hour. I really appreciate all her hard work and how she took initiative to make it right for me. She then called me the NEXT day to make sure it was all handled. give that girl a raise! she was awesome.

Reese I had a great experience at this Jollsiter. An associate named Joshua B. helped guide me to the clothing I wanted, and had an overall great attitude with me and my friends.

Dayse Avila Normally it packed but today it was perfect to shop there. I love their jeans and sweatshirt sometimes their shirts but lately all I find are crop top and im not a fan but still a good place to buy jeans

Valera was amazing and really went out of her way to help not only take advantage of the Jean exchange but also found me a second pair of jeans so I could get the bogo deal also. Kristina D Best customer service! This is my favorite Express location to shop at and it is truly a hidden gem. The employees are consistently friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful! If they don’t have your size or color they offer to order it and ship to your home with free shipping. If you have a return they do not give you any attitude nor are ever pushy. Every transaction here as ALWAYS been quick, efficient and easy!
