Stephanie Calderon I asked an associate at the desk if their fitting room were open and she directed me to an older lady who possibly was a manager or lead, and when i walked over towards her to ask if i could use their fitting room she proceeded to comment “ careful with getting your makeup on it . “ with a tone, which made me uncomfortable to even procceed with trying on the shirt. when i stepped out she immediately came over and said “ are you going to buy that ?! “ loudly and again with a tone. like excuse me… what is it your business. she clearly had no professional patience and clearly out of control. as a customer I felt uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for the nice and helpful associate i would’ve not made a purchase at this aeropostale. as a person who works in retail this lady was not giving the proper customer service.

Danielle Scardino I’ve been to the Chico’s in Palm Springs twice now, especially since the Palm Desert store is temporarily closed, and I just have to say—the ladies here are truly amazing. They were so kind, patient, and helpful as I was handling some returns on behalf of a friend who’s ill. They couldn’t have been nicer about it—not once did they make me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Honestly, in today’s world, it’s rare to find people who are genuinely warm and gracious like that. They deserve an award for their patience! While I was waiting, I watched them greet regular customers like old friends, and the whole atmosphere of the store was just… happy. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in how they treat everyone who walks in the door—even when the store is clearly busy. They made a possibly awkward errand feel easy, and I left smiling both times. Great team, great energy.

Robert Bailey One of the best places in Mammoth. They have everything from board games to gag gifts. Although the best thing is the Ice Cream selection. The hours are great and offer a chance for a late night run for games and ice cream. Prices are a little high, especially for some of the board games but it is one of the few places within a hundred miles that offers this type of selection. They also have Big Foot out front.
