The highlight of my visit was Christina, who provided outstanding customer service. She was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but she also took the time to help me with my purchase, wrap everything beautifully, and even assist me to my car. Her genuine kindness made a significant difference. Christina and her associates were amazing and friendly, constantly checking in on me as I navigated my choices. The fragrance department truly was the bomb! I appreciated their attentiveness, with at least 4-5 associates offering assistance. I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit! I was looking to buy a Stetson in a very popular size, after waiting a bit to get help Lily got around to me and her customer service was amazing, didn’t find the initial hat I was looking for recommended a similar style hat, ultimately because of brand loyalty found 2 other options of Stetsons and even looked for availability at other stores for me. Justin Rochkind I booked an appointmentn for a tux fitting for my wedding. This was at the mall in Fairfield, CA. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help. The young woman that helped me was very kind and friendly. I wish I could remember her name. Anyway, she got all my measurements and was very professional when helping me choose the right thing to wear. Everything went smoothly!
