1. I dont work in this department. Go to the cashier, they will help u.
2. Whatever we have is out there.
3. My machine doesnt work. I cant check on the sizes. 4. Go to that department and find someone. ( You can never find anyone on the floor anyways).
Today I went in looking for mens shirts. I saw sale on Van Heusen brand. Picked up 3 shirts. But had to check if they had 2XL with one choice. Their stock was pretty low. Sale sign said 29.99. Asked associate for size check but her machine didnt work.
I went to the cashier Jennifer. I asked her to check for size, she didnt have the machine to check (thats what she told me) so I said forget about that one. Unfortunately one of my 2 shirts didnt have a tag. Jennifer told me to go and get 1 with the tag. I went back didnt find another one. I come back she said get any size as long as it has a tag. At this point I told her that I dont work here so call for help. Well guess what? She took her phone out and started looking for that shirt. She told me she cant look for anything coz she doesnt have that machine.
Well she found one that wasnt on sale. I kept insisting it was all on the same rack. Her argument was someone must have left it there. Jennifer calls her manager and she makes the same argument. I said just forget it. Out of 3 shirts, I took 1 and few othet items, including a pair of earring.
After Jennifer rings it up I present my 2 coupons. Jennifer said she cant accept 2 coupons 35% off on jewelry and 30%off on apparel. She rang 2 separate times for me to get all discounts. Why does JCPenney make it so hard to use coupons. I had to present all coupons. Why cant they have it in my account wallet so it pops up as items are cashed out. Get some tips from Macys.
Ladies room is a disaster. Only 1 stall is open . They closed 2 . And the handicap stall is clean has no problems but guess what? They took the door off not kidding. The door is sitting inside the stall accident waiting to happen. I cant believe that the store manager or manager on duty would not care enough to fix these problems.
