5 /5 Jeannette Root: K Frank is our favorite store in town. My husband and I have always found the staff to be friendly and attentive. I was surprised to see some of the previous reviews say they found staff rude as that has never been my experience. I’ve never had an encounter that hasn’t been lovely, but I do prefer staff that are friendly and available to help but not too pushy or “in my face”. This store has a real local vibe and one of my favorite things is seeing people I know around town. The clothing selection is beautiful and I love that I can get quality designer clothing without having to leave town. It is so much easier to be able to see something and try it on, then order online and then have to return when it doesn’t live up to expectations. This store is such an asset to Montecito!
