4 /5 Champagne mommy: I love Kohls, but I DO NOT like the new pickup!! It’s horrible! My items show it’s been picked up and I’m worried I’ve been busy working! Please bring back the old online pickup this is so inconvenient and sometimes we have to wait in that long line for a pickup that’s not in the number slot because nobody attends to you when you’re standing in the pickup line it’s honestly horrible especially around the holidays because it’s so packed! I don’t like being around a lot of people is why I do online shopping and online pickups!!!!!!

5 /5 Jesus Sanchez: I was in this store a couple of days ago, some lady named "Norma" helped me find an Adidas bag I wanted to buy to replace an Adidas bag I had previously owned but got stolen here at our Visalia Navigation Center homeless shelter, she was very nice, attentive and knew exactly how to pin point my style for my chest bag replacement, I went ahead and even found my original receipt when I purchased my bag and went on the Kohls review website, punched in the numbers on my receipt and made sure to give this lady the highest rating, I wanted to say THANK YOU NORMA and thank you Kohls for highering GOOD HEARTED and EARNEST WORKING EMPLOYEES like Norma, she has a WINNERS CIRCLE ATTITUDE who goes ABOVE & BEYOND when people shop in that store, when I get a job soon I know where Ill be spending my money from now on for all my clothes and shoes just cuz of Norma.

5 /5 Cristina Henry: Always a good deal on stuff and guys use your coupons and cash dont forget about your cash! This was super cute the tires are foam so it will float on water witha remote control.

1 /5 Mia Angulo: Red head Karen has Sephora worker accused my friend of stealing when she didn’t even grab the product. We called the manager and the girl was too scared to come out. She knew she was in the wrong. Customer service was horrible never again. We also offered her to check the bag and the lady responded “ no, I don’t want to.”
