The store is well-organized, and it’s always easy to find what I’m looking for. The staff consistently goes out of their way to make the shopping experience smooth and pleasant. Overall, it’s a solid Kohl’s location that keeps me coming back!

She went above and beyond to give me better service and make me happy and a satisfied customer she was professional and went above any efforts that most people would to help me. & watching her she treated every customer with kindness, patience & a friendly attitude! I would hire her if I could, Kohls has a great gem in Kay!

She was out of stock of the gloss but helped me take a picture so I could remember the name to order it online, which I did that afternoon. Checkout lady was especially nice and personable. Would return again just because of the friendliness.

5 /5 Edward Watts: I would like to express my sincere thanks to your manager Alyssa, or as we call her Camp Kohls Counsellor Alyssa! Our RV broke down on July 13th and we we stuck in your parking lot for 2 days. When I asked if it was ok to stay in the lot overnight, the signs say you cant, Alyssa assured me it was ok. She offered any help she could and was so pleasant and friendly while talking with me! She made us feel good about being stuck there, not all managers show the same attitude! So again 5 stars for Alyssa! The cow says hello!
