1 /5 Heather Boysen: Visited the store this evening, customer service is subpar. 2-3 woman behind register chatting with each other while customers browsed without any acknowledgement. A boy, slouched over a cart while pushing it walked by me as I picked up scarves off the floor- not even a side glance from this kid. Another employee, walked directly behind me as I read each jean label, no offer of assistance- then proceeded to walk away as I looked up. Leaving empty handed was satisfying given the lack of service.
