5 /5 Maxim Berzan: Egle is the embodiment of stellar customer care—emphasis on *care*. I had a minor issue with a Lucky Brand cardigan and swung by their store at Arden Fair yesterday. The second I indicated I was there with a problem the store associate dropped everything and gave me her undivided attention. I worked a fair amount in customer service myself; I can tell when someone is really paying attention. Egle was listening to me the way a friend listens when you need help. And everything from there on had the same tone and feel. I was so very pleasantly surprised and impressed, quite frankly. She took care of everything. Thanks again, Egle!

5 /5 Katherine Sanders: Two associates on hand when I walked in, both looked up and were ready to assist. Egle was the one who helped me, was very pleased with her knowledge of the Lucky Brand line. After giving her a brief idea of the jean I wanted she walked me over and gave me a few options. I like the dressing rooms they are roomy and I like the curtain vs door to these as it makes conversation with the associate easier along with any additional clothing items needed. Found the jeans I wanted and we decided on another color as well. Those were not in stock in the size I needed so, Egle was quick to check stock on line, we found them and she advised me of the buy one get one 1/2 off so of course I ordered! Thank you Egle, for your great customer service - Ill be back. Kathy
