1 /5 Cyrus: I had a frustrating experience at this GAP recently. I was in the store trying to buy a pair of pants and mistakenly grabbed the wrong size. When I went to the fitting room to try on another size, the staff member informed me that the fitting room was closed, even though the store was still open. It felt unnecessary and frustrating, as I just needed a quick try-on. This experience has definitely made me reconsider my loyalty to the brand.
