1 /5 Precious Phi: Avoid this store . Workers are so incompetent. If it wasn’t for customers spending our hard work money they wouldn’t have a job . I bought a tray of containers and a $2 pen that I had gotten from the clearance area , the price looks a little blurry on the pen so 2 of the workers went and check for prices they thought I had licked the price tag off or something . They had me waiting over 15 min . Please, Marshalls it is not going out of business for a $2 pen. They did not want to sell . My baby boy had a bag a candy in his hands and GLEN the cashier acused a baby of steeling , she took it from him and put it away . The two workers trying to figure out wheater sell a $2 pen or no. They need to be taught more customer service skills. Letting a customer go that normally spends their money there off 2 bucks it’s just ridiculous. I go here at least twice a week to buy stuff for my work place . And I would spend hundreds.

5 /5 noemi mirra: This Marshalls in El Cerrito, California is hands down one of the best Ive ever visited. The store is spotless, bright, and incredibly well organized from the moment you walk in. Every section -- fragrances, handbags, shoes, cards, home décor, and seasonal items -- is fully stocked and beautifully arranged. The displays are neat, the aisles are clear, and the merchandise is easy to browse. You can tell real care goes into how the store is maintained. The deals are fantastic, with great discounts on top brands and new inventory throughout the store. Even the smaller details stand out -- the restroom was clean, tidy, and well stocked, which shows how much pride the team takes in keeping everything in order. The staff deserves special mention. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They made the shopping experience comfortable and enjoyable, going out of their way to assist without being intrusive. This Marshalls sets the bar high for what a retail experience should be. Excellent organization, great prices, and wonderful customer service -- I left completely impressed and will definitely be returning! I travel all over the USA, I always try to find Marshalls and look for the inventory and how the store status. This store is the number #1!!!! Its a must visit!!!!! This Marshalls is going to be my go to store.

I went in looking for costume items for my friends wedding rehearsal costume party that night and was able to find a few basic items to pull my look together. It’s surprisingly organized which is saying something for a Marshall’s. Staff is very friendly

4 /5 Ton T: New location. The area seems like the same as the old location but because of the high ceiling, the space just seems larger. This new location seems like an improvement.
