Faith Yang I went to Lids today around 8pm and let me just start off by saying that the employee Kimmy (I believe that was her name) was super sweet and helpful! It was my first time customizing a hat and i absolutely loved how she gave her input on it & help me what looked better. She deserves a raise, kudos to her! Will be coming to lids more now because of the good costumer service :)

The highlight of my visit was Christina, who provided outstanding customer service. She was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but she also took the time to help me with my purchase, wrap everything beautifully, and even assist me to my car. Her genuine kindness made a significant difference. Christina and her associates were amazing and friendly, constantly checking in on me as I navigated my choices. The fragrance department truly was the bomb! I appreciated their attentiveness, with at least 4-5 associates offering assistance. I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit! Peter Xaymountry I got my fiancée here Minnie Mouse backpack here that was a online exclusive order. This is a nice Hot Topic Store at the Oaks Mall, we stopped by here on Christmas Eve to pick it up. Its a medium size store so if they dont have the item youre looking for, just order online and do store pickup. When I went in, I walked straight to the cashier area to tell them Im picking up my order. The girl helping me was very friendly and provided great customer service. She opened the box in front of me to make sure I got the right product and so give me a bag so I wouldnt have to carry it in the box it came in.

Micah MF Very well run and organized. Usually stocked pretty good even on the sale items from the circular. The sales on weekly ad i buy and cook or freeze every week. Sucks that grocery prices have gone up 40 percent at least the last few years
