1 /5 Courtney Sutter: Walked in because I wanted to buy a cute Napa tshirt and the younger girl behind the counter asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I said no no just looking and she rolled her eyes and slightly scuffed. I’m honestly not sure why but walked out incredibly disappointed as I wanted a tshirt. Tourists should be welcomed since it’s a Napa inspired store; not scuffed at! It was plain rude.

5 /5 Brittany Fair: I visited the Napa store in May 2024 and couldnt be more happy with my total experience. The experience in store was great - they have so many cute things! I was really sad when I got home and realized I bought the wrong size Napa sweatshirt (highly recommend btw). I contacted the store via email and we agreed I would send mine back and they would send me the correct size. It was so seamless and my new sweatshirt came very fast to me in NJ.

5 /5 Morgan Morgan: I visited this boutique just over a year ago during a bachelorette trip and found a super cute set of earrings and a top for a night out, the next morning I realized I had lost one of the earrings I had bought and loved and unable to stop in to the store before heading back to San Fran for an early flight I called the store to see if I could purchase another set and have them mailed to Florida, the awesome staff took pictures and sent me multiple options including the set I had lost one of, I ended up buying 6 sets of earrings that they mailed to my home in Tampa, Florida. My only regret is that this store doesn’t have an online shopping option because I would love to purchase more of their unique items and have them mailed to me! I still enjoy all the items I bought and get complimented on them frequently, one pair did break soon after getting them but the rest have held up great and I’m very happy with them!
