5 /5 Juan Martinez: I was visiting San Francisco from Los Angeles on a week-long excursion. I have always had my eyes set on Diors Private Fragrance line, specifically Tobacolor. Naturally, I popped into the Dior flagship store looking to purchase the fragrance. To my dismay, I was told that they did not carry the Private line; only Neiman Marcus did. I made my way over and was greeted by a lovely lady working the Dior boutique. After outlining my desire for a new fragrance and sharing that I work in banking, the sales consultant agreed that Gris Dior and Tobacolor were my best bets. Naturally, I went for the latter. This experience epitomizes Neiman Marcuss positioning in the luxury market: they carry the most exclusive, luxurious offerings. I was even told that the only other place carrying Diors Private Collection in California was the Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills.

5 /5 Neal: Palatial, glamorous, and extravagant department store with a restaurant. This store is arranged beautifully, with displays from dozens of brands providing a snapshot of each. The basement floor is dedicated to men, while most of the other floors are for women. The ground floor has makeup, skincare products, and you can see all the way to the glass dome. Theres also a beautiful restaurant on the fourth floor. Going through the fifth floor is like going through the living rooms of many houses. I highly recommend visiting this place even if youre not going to buy anything. The displays are so beautiful and its honestly like an art museum.

The selection was strong, and the team went above and beyond—especially with on-site alterations that were turned around quickly when we needed something same-day for an event. Lauren and Gleslie were standouts: knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. Even with the Super Bowl crowds, the service felt calm, professional, and thoughtful. We left impressed and grateful for such seamless support.

The Customer Service was above and beyond !!!! very pleasant & positive energy, very knowledgeable was the best experience I’ve ever had at Neiman Erica Davis deserves a raise. I will only buy from her now and refer people to her. This woman knows the products and has the best attitude. She also took an extra step to wrap my things up very nicely and handled everything with care Thank you so much.
