5 /5 Luzalina Weinert: A friend of mine told me about this shop last year when I initially discovered the brand Maileg. It’s hard to find deals and a good selection on that brand, but this shop has both. I’ve unfortunately never had the chance to shop in person, as I don’t live locally, but I’ve purchased through their app a few times and have loved it. I am super particular about what brands I subscribe for emails, but this shop has mad the cut. They don’t send too many emails and when they do it’s always about a good sale or new inventory. Their website and app are very user friendly and pleasant to use.
The main reason I’m writing this review though is because of the amazing customer service. I placed an order this morning and maybe 5 minutes after my order was placed, I received a text message from one of the owners (Kelly) asking if there was anything else specific from Maileg I was looking for because she had a lot of inventory she was entering into the website that day. If you dont know much about Maileg, it’s kind of a collectors brand, and it can be really hard to find specific items unless you purchase right when they come out. I just really appreciated that Kelly would give me the opportunity to purchase something before it’s sold out.
Coming from a small town in Idaho where customer service is generally not a priority, this customer service blew me away. I am so impressed with the attention to detail and dedication to giving their customers a great experience. I will definitely be purchasing through them again, and if I ever am passing through this area I will be popping in. Based on the online experience, I can’t imagine how great the customer experience is for in person shopping.
