Customer service can be hit or miss depending on who helps you; sometimes you’ll get someone amazing, other times not so much, so it’s a bit of a gamble. If you have time, definitely swing by the sales rack—you might score a great deal on something stylish!

5 /5 LaGabriel Redic: I had an outstanding experience with Christian, the gentleman in the shoes. He was very professional and patient. I was having trouble deciding on a pair of Uggs, so he brought out every single option in my size. Ultimately, I chose the slipper, and I couldnt be more satisfied with my purchase.

1 /5 Happy Meal: This place is hands down awful! Its the employees that make this place super unwelcoming and uncomfortable. They ignore you for being latino or latina. Even worst if you have a visible disability. They give you dirty looks for using a medical assistive device. They see you coming and they go out of their way to walk away from you and ignore you. This has happened multiple times. The reason I go through there is because its close to a particular store I love going to. I am finally saying something because I am tired of this and this is not okay. Your employees should not be discriminating, be racist towards, or be prejudice against anyone who doesnt fit their "criteria" of what a Nordstrom customer should look like. I would never spend my money at a racist and ableist place! If youre a minority and/or disabled, go somewhere else. Dont support racism and ableism.

1 /5 Marjorie Blandiker: 1 star is to much , bad service Yesterday in the Chanel area I needed help but the Chanel girls prefer to be on the phone than to attend customer service. I dont understand how Nordstrom pays these people who are not trained in customer service. The girls watched me but didnt care. They stayed on the phone. Manager, pay attention to your cameras from yesterday in the morning 11 am . Be careful with having this kind of staff. They come to work without doing anything and with easy salaries.
