1 /5 Bee & Vee Vlogs: I would like to share to help save you all money. Old Navy likes to scam people for their money or maybe it’s just the old navy in the mall. I have worked retail in the past and we would honor any sale that we may have accidentally put up in racks or honor any sale online. However, I understand every store has different policies. For context: this happened over Black Friday sale.
Old navy had everything 40% off with I guess the exception of some things. I got two coats for my daughter that were marked 40% OFF with a sign right above, not on the side, but right above the coats. With reason I assumed the coats were obviously 40% off. I go check out and pay but the total didn’t sit right with me so when I check the receipt it says the coats were full price. I check online and the exact same coats are 40% off. In confusion I go back to the store, as I thought it was a mistake, I ask the manager Paloma, to which she then looks at her co workers almost with a disgust face that I’m coming back to ask why I was charged full price when the rack said 40% off and online it says 40% off. She told me to get in line just to be told they would not honor the price. I asked for a refund and ordered online. Save your money and order online the staff won’t even tell you. My aunt experienced something very similar as well at the same store after telling her about my experience.
Paloma was the manager on the floor that day and was no help, didn’t offer a solution, had nasty attitude smirking to her co workers when I was very polite, and was but the least bit apologetic. After that purchase it will be my last at Old Navy.
