Old Navy - (Near Santa Rosa, CA)

5 /5 Nancy Hayssen: This is the first time Ive been back to an Old Navy it seems in decades. I used to love the one in Coddingtown. I forgot what comfortable clothes they have at great prices. I came in looking for some cotton pants and a top and got a few other things that are simple and will last a long time. Just like I remember the clothes fit perfect and feel SO comfortable on. The clerk was a super sweet girl who was helpful. The store has a bunch of clearance areas with good prices in the back, and there are SUPER CUTE section for kids and babies. ❤️

3 /5 Britteny *Rose*: I feel bad because ive worked retail and i know how annoying it is to constantly fix things after grown adults decide to tear thru a pile looking for their size. And while i appreciate this Old Navy location because the size... i cant get over how messy this place always looks. The workers here are always so nice though and are happy to help no matter what.

1 /5 Amber Handy: What happened to Old Navy? I have so many fond memories of shopping there with my family, every year when school started or every few years for warm, high quality but budget friendly coats, mittens and hats. I even had an Old Navy credit account at one point but going in here I realized everything I loved about it is gone. Everything is so expensive and does not appear to be the greatest quality I can find for much cheaper. Even Target has better clothing and their prices can be a little high but basically fair. This was disheartening. The layout of the store is confusing and claustrophobic like a maze and the registers are in the center and surrounded with no sight lines, makes me wonder how many people are shoplifting and if its even worth getting caught when its not worth buying. Couldnt even find a decent winter coat for my son, and what they had was ugly and expensive. Pass.

4 /5 Tony Greene: I come here pretty regularly to snag some fantastic deals for my little one and Im never disappointed. My go-to spot is an area stocked with clearance items tucked away in the kids section. I can always find at least an outfit or two that are super cute, good quality and deeply discounted. Side Note: This Location IS open for Shopping in-store. Im not sure why they are still claiming to be Curbside Only when thats just not true. Changing the business name on your Google listing to advertise Curbside Only already looks terribly tacky IMO but if you are going to do that, you ought to be sure to remember to fix it when those policies change.

1 /5 Tina Escandon: Went for a sale that I heard about. They had the wrong signs on kids pants. One said buy-one-get-one-free and the other said buy one get one 50%. I knew the buy one get one free was too good to be true. I went to the register to pay and got no discount at all. I had to remind them of the discount. That was irritating. I should have pushed the buy one get one free but I didnt want to be "that customer." Disappointed.
