5 /5 Althea Hokafonu: Omg one of my fave stores I hella love shopping here esp for my babies wow all the baby & toddler clothes were all on clearance that was most def a win win the jewelry accessories are hella cute even the kids accessories too it’s always tempting to step into that store I end up being in there forever & walking out w everything lol oh how can I forget the shoes as well huge clearance on those luckily they don’t have this store around my way or I would’ve ended up there everyday lol (my pops is the one who lives just down the street from there) I’ll be visiting you soonies Rainbow can’t wait

1 /5 Brandi Williams: I Ubered here because I am visiting the city and staying in an Airbnb. I go to the DD’s discounts first and grab shorts. I walk over to rainbow and the nasty security guards talks to me crazy telling me I should know the no bag policy! I’ve visited all the rainbows in the city and they never said anything about me having a bag! Even after asking for the manager and telling him I Ubered here, I was refused entry. This was the size of the bag that they refused me for. Disgusting! I already contacted corporate because not everyone can afford a car or live in this city! If you don’t want bags, you need a place to check them, like everywhere else! Denying entry is disgusting.

1 /5 Co Flow: I went there for the very first time yesterday. The GIRLS working there are the rudest, most unprofessional people Ive ever saw in my life. The skinny young Mexican girl with the glasses has 0 customer service skills. I dont understand how you can let someone like that run a cash register. And the counted the draw in the mist of " helping customers" if thats what you call it. Thanks ladies Ill never come back to spend a dime of my money there again. Learn some customer service skills.

1 /5 Shaleah Scoggins: Pissed off I purchased two outfits online on 07/14/25 so they would be here by the 20th of July . I called twice and my items were supposed to be shipped to the Mack rd store . Ashley told me she show no record of them receiving it . She gave me a print out showing unknown for status .WTH so they stole my money and didn’t give me my merchandise . I will be calling my bank on Monday .

3 /5 Jovita Galvin: Really great clothing. A little expensive but have a lot of deals. However if your a plus size or even an xl do not come to this store.
