Old Navy - (Near Chico, CA)

5 /5 Heather Brown: I shopped at this location a few weeks ago when I needed some new pants for work. I got a pair of the pixie style at a great price. I had some questions about the sale that was happening and my cashier, Tyler, was so friendly and helpful. His excellent customer service is why I plan to return to Old Navy the next time I need clothing for work.

2 /5 Monroe Envy: I will avoid this specific store at all costs!! if I need to shop at Old Navy I’ll do it online or drive an hour to avoid the rude customer service here. I now use staples for my returns which has been a godsend for me and the anxiety I got going into Chico old navy which was due to the terrible attitude’s of a few of the ladies who work there. The ONLY case I will come here is if there’s something I really love and can’t live without. I love their clothes and I make frequent and I mean FREQUENT purchases online which in turn makes a higher chance of needing to return some items that I didn’t like or didn’t fit. When I brought in a bag of returns I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and like I was a major inconvenience for bringing in the returns. Getting eye rolls, sighs, deep breaths of annoyance towards me for bringing in returns is not my idea of friendly customer service. Also smelling the items insinuating that I wore them was offensive in my opinion only because i felt like it was directed towards me and me only. Not once have I seen anyone else smell a customer’s return in this store. The lady that was doing the return has shown that same level of disrespect to me on numerous occasions when bringing in returns and every time it’s something new to add to the list of unpleasantness she gives. The worst part is she’s not the only person there that has treated me that way. I’ll still be a loyal old navy customer but just not at the Chico location. I’ve been treated well and welcomed by other old navy stores in different towns which is just disappointing to me that it’s not like that here. I’ve tried being friendly during my transactions and sometimes they literally ignore what I’m saying and just continue displaying their absolute disgust in me. So I’ve given up coming here as of today!

5 /5 Adrienne Hudson: My family loves Old Navy. With two tall adults, and three kids, it’s sometimes hard to find clothes to suit us all in the same place. Old Navy has it. This location is a bit smaller than others, but they are always well organized, and full of great clearance clothing. Whether looking for something specific, completing returns, or just checking out, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Love it!
