I was very nervous that I was going to have to return the dress once it came in and be short on timing. Once I got in contact with Chantal in the live chat, she fixed everyting. Don Blackwell I had West Apparel & Embroidery put logo and shipping label patch graphics on my booth backdrop roller bag. The bag had raised ribs around the surface making it difficult to work with. I never imagined it would turn out this good. Great job at a VERY reasonable cost.

Helen Had a wonderful experience with buying my first Indian dress for an Indian wedding. I walked in on a random weekday and wanted to inquire about some outfits I could wear to a wedding. The owners were very welcoming and took their time helping me. I asked a million questions and wanted to try different pairings and they were extremely patient and helpful! I ended up trying on about 5 outfits and stayed for over an hour in the store. Never once did I felt rushed or disrespected even though I have zero knowledge of Indian attire. The owner also helped me pin my scarf and packed it nicely and included extra pins for me. They altered the top a bit and was prompt in letting me know when it was ready for pickup. The entire experience was seamless and I appreciated the thorough effort. Thank you so much Meena Bazaar! I enjoyed wearing my Indian dress to the wedding! :)

Thunder Cloud I dont usually bother to write reviews, good or bad, but I wanted to single out one of your employees for excellent customer service. Damia was very helpful and professional, but also so very friendly and polite, that I really felt like Burlington appreciated me as a person and a customer. She left a very good impression on me, so I will definitely be returning. You need more employees like her, who represent your company in a positive, competent, caring way.
